Rakhat Isakova from Kyrgyzstan produces construction materials. She employs three people in her small business. Her business idea was developed due to the high demand on the construction market. As an entrepreneur, she knows very well: markets evolve and success is earned each and every day.
In a seminar organised by the German Sparkassenstiftung and the Association of Social Entrepreneurs, she learned how to set up her business well in the long term with new market-oriented ideas and sustainable planning. Within the framework of the entrepreneurial literacy programme, she completed a training course to become a trainer. Now she passes on her knowledge and experience to entrepreneurs in her home region of Issyk-Kul.
