Shota Shanshiashvili is passionate about toys. In his small enterprise ‘Left-Handed Master’, where he employs a small team, he creates wonderful toys that stimulate the imagination and encourage children to explore their creativity. The design of his patented collections is unique. They are made from eco-friendly materials; the details are crafted using machinery and then finished by hand.
In the summer of 2023, he took part in an entrepreneurship training course as part of the project “MSE development support for sustainable forest management in Georgia – ECO.Georgia”. The mentors helped him to refine his business plan, professionalise his financial planning and manage the resources for implementation more effectively. In the business plan competition, he received a grant which he invested in additional production equipment. This enabled him to expand his production and significantly improve the quality of his products. Shota Shanshiashvili has created a strong brand that supports children in their development.
